  • In case of guarantee by credit card, the cancellation period without charge is 48H00 before the date of arrival. For a cancellation at less than 48H00, the amount of 1 night will be charged.
  • In case of guarantee by deposit, these are not refunded in case of cancellation at less than 72h.
  • In case of no-show, the minimum amount of one night will be charged. To cancel your reservation, please send an e-mail. The reservation cancellation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from us confirming this.
